Christmas:

  • It’s Christmas at Site 76!
  • The Prisoner Zone, and Surface have been decorated similarly to the Halloween update.
  • Present hunt! Explore the facility to find three hidden presents, and place them under the Christmas tree located in the Prisoner Zone.
  • Each present has it’s own specific place to be put.
  • If you find them all and put them under the tree, you’ll be given a permanent Candy Cane weapon!
  • Be careful! You can only carry one gift at a time, so don’t get caught if you’re in areas you’re not supposed to be in!
  • Santa now occasionally visits the facility!
  • He patrols like a regular Anomaly and cannot be damaged. If you find him, he’ll give you a gift!
  • But, if you’ve been bad, you might find a lump of coal inside your present…

Anomalies:

  • Shadow Child and it’s containment has been reworked!
  • The Shadow Child has three new abilites, a blink, stealth, and the ability to cut the power in the facility!
  • Blink teleports you forward a short distance, stopping when you collide with something.
  • Stealth hides your name, and lowers the amount of particles so you can quickly move around the facility undetected. This effect will be broken on damage!
  • You can cut the power in the facility by going over to the power rooms and using the ability.
  • During a power-cut, the Shadow Child now heals from all damage done!
  • The Shadow Child now has glowing eyes, and a sphere in the center of the character model so players with lower graphics settings have an easier time seeing it.
  • The Eye Pods and Sculpture have been given Santa Hats.
  • The Eye Pods containment has been slightly altered so it’s more obvious where it is.
  • The Sculpture containment has been changed to no longer require the use of the ramp.

Misc:

  • Hopefully fixed an issue that stopped players sliding through the floor.
  • Made alterations to the Melee and Tesla Gate detections so they should be more reliable.
  • Players who played Site 76 during the Paid Access period have been given the ‘Founder’ tag along with and channel on the discord server!
