Changing Character color doesn't replicate to other clients

I have just made a character customisation script.

as you can see in the image, both players have different skins yet the other player cant see it? Am i doing something wrong here? do i need to change the players skins through the server and if so how would i do that?

Yes you need to change the colors through the server.
