Character Animate script no longer works inside a WorldModel when cloned

For some reason when I clone the player’s character into a WorldModel, the animations refuse to play and I get an error, this exact setup was working over a week ago. This also works perfectly fine in studio

Can you provide more details for how you are triggering the animations once the character is placed in the WorldModel? A simple reproduction place would be helpful as well. I made a very quick repro on my own and didn’t see anything obviously wrong. I was able to clone a character into the WorldModel and use a script to trigger animations. I’m guessing I’m missing a key step here. Thanks.

Hi there, since we haven’t heard back with reproduction information for more than 2 weeks, we will close that ticket as unreproducible.
If you are able to provide this info, please open a new bug report.

oops apologies I was away for RDC at the time and didn’t see this.

I tried to repro this with my original setup before I created a workaround for it and it seems to be fixed now thank you! The issue was that cloning the animate script just didn’t play animations at all
