Character Animation Acting Weird

I don’t know if this is the right category, so apologies (maybe)

Anyways, I’m trying to create an animation (built in editor), but for some reason its not consistent?

Notice how the full rotation of the character is smooth, but the head rotation is instantaneous. As far as I can tell, I created them the same way, but one is acting weird. How do I fix this?

I think this is because there is only one point for the where the Head should be, you should probably define where the head should start moving from.
