Greetings,

As the title states, the Popular On: Device and Location dialogs take too long to show up and gets drawn over other tabs of the Universal app namely Home, Avatar, Party, and More.

Expected behavior

I expect both UI dialogs to appear instantly like how other UI dialogs do and to only show and be drawn up in the Charts tab.
