Chat not loading in studio APS

For a while now, while using APS, from time to time i have noticed that the chat would not load, and had no idea as to what caused it, so naturally i paused and restarted, which fixed it nearly every time.

Recently ive realised that it happens when selecting a new object in the explorer, for instance a gui, and pressing play, causing the chat to not load after the first try, though pausing and playing fixes it, untill you select another object, so on.
