Hi there! CheeseMan here looking for a team of talented and determinated developers who are looking for “getting into the game”. What I mean by that is you will be working with me long term, working hard and generating big amounts of money for yourself, getting to know a lot of successful people, basically your opportunity for getting higher and known.
Team
Here are the people Im gonna need, you can apply for only one role
- Manager/CEO - Im gonna be giving you the projects info, and you are going to manage the team’s work till project’s deadline.
- Programmer - You gotta know how to program everything, I mean from simulators and horrors to gamepasses and roblox subsciptions and a lot more…
- 3D Artist - Just creating models for the maps/characters/props…
- Builder - Building maps in roblox studio with placing the ready 3D models, nothing high poly
- UI Designer - Just creating all of the ui: shops, rewards, gamepasses… (kid friendly, strong colors)
- Graphic Designer - Making icons (money,xp…) gamepasses images, thumbnails and stuff like that
- Sound Designer - You don’t have to be creating the music, but finding and editing music, sounds fitting for the game.
- Animator - if you are a modeler and can also animate, you can be both these roles! Animating roblox and/or custom meshes and knowing how to implement them to roblox with the scripter.
Everyone will also be giving ideas, thinking about the games monetisation, badges and mechanics, remember we are all a team!
About The Job
First task is gonna be creating templates for simple games, easily replacable with trending assets, more information is gonna be given after you’re hired.
Of course after that you will be assigned to different, more important projects with bigger and different payments - you’re building your portfolio
You will also get recommended to successful developers, which gives you even more opportunities!
Requirements
NOTE: If you are not trying to work long term, and being active for at least an hour daily, don’t bother applying, I knew so much devs that just quit mid work and never came back!
- Know how to do stuff as your role

- Actually working
- Not required but being able to talk in vc would be good
Payment
You are going to receive a percentage of all the game’s earnings, the team might be big so don’t expect getting for example 50%. Each role is gonna get a percentage discussed with around 8% per person, which might seem small at first - but 10 games generating million robux a month gets you ~800,000 Robux monthly! - Which you can later dev ex for 2 800 USD monthly.
There might also be $ bonuses depending on the game’s success
