If I try to select a part inside the instance it opens the instance but there’s no arrow, I can also add new children and it will fix the problem.

Here’s it happening with a Surface GUI and its children:

If moved with the instance open it seems to be fine, bug only occurs with closed instance

Nested instance don’t seem to get affected, only if moved directly. Accessing instances thru scripting seems to work fine.
Expected behavior
When moving an instance, open or closed, it should keep its children on the explorer like this
