Circle around bottom of player

So I’m wanting to put a circle around the bottom of my character, this is what I have right now.


However, I currently have it welded to the player HumanoidRootPart so it moves with the HumanoidRootPart when it walks. How would I go about making it stay level at all times?

Use RunService:BindToRenderStep() to add a function that will constantly move the circle below the character. Because the circle is only relevant to the client, it should be done on the client.
