Clarification of meeting a requirement to make my games public

Apparently, there are 2 things I can do to be allowed to publicize my game, though the wording is odd and I would like some clarification.

For: Purchase Verification

“ No ID required. Make a purchase using real currency or gift card anywhere on Roblox to verify.”

Would I just have to buy Robux directly from the website (or redeem a Robux Gift Card) in order be able to publish games? The wording is confusing me so I’d like for someone to clarify!

You can use both a gift card or real money (real money prob easier cuz you can just go on mobile and buy like 80 robux)
