Hey! I think this issue started occurring with the new Avatar update to studio, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong/what the problem is.
Everytime I add 2D Clothing to some of my NPC’s and relaunch studio, their ID’s reset to 0 (but only on some of them).
This is super annoying as I keep having to replace the ID’s for the clothing to work every time. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Probably because these clothes got banned/archieved. Try to use 3d clothes. or create your own 2d clothing. Never trust 2d clothes from marketplace. A lot of these get taken down for copyright
It’s an issue with all clothing instances right now in studio, keeps happening to me as well and it’s pretty annoying

I think you should try reporting this in Bug Reports if it hasn’t already, as many others are experiencing the same issue!

I think I figured one out, it’s really annoying to do tho. You have to manually re-type each clothing ID (copy pasting the shirts/pants will not work). That seemed to fix the bug!

Nah, none got deleted- it just removes them for some reason. I did find a temp solution thoo
That’s what I did and they still get removed after I re-open studio, so please remove the fact that it’s a Solution until someone at “Roblox” can fix this
Yeah, its so weird though, i’m surprised many of the big games aren’t getting hit by this. I wasn’t having this issue on my player owned experiences, just group owned ones.
I think I found a temporary fix, for some reason the clothing I have in workspace and replicated storage disappears, however the clothing I had stored in serverscriptservice actually stayed.
If you really need a fix, try it and see if it works, else we have to wait for them to fix their stupidly bad and untested avatar settings update.
