Hello, everyone! Tazzy, is a name for my friend and I! It is short for Tooti/me, and Jazzy/ OMG_itsJaslyn! We are passionate about building and decided to open up roblox building commissions! 
1- We will not accept refunds since we both have taken time out of our days to make and perfect your build commission.
2- We will not copy any game. If you give us something to reference off of, then that’s okay. But, we will not fully copy something.
3- If a commission is more complex, we can raise the pricing.
4- Once we are halfway done, you must pay half to prevent scamming us/ etc.
5- When we finish, we will show you the final product. You can ask for up to 3 changes and after the 3rd one, you must pay 100-300 for changes.
6- Once you’re happy with the result, you will pay us and we will upload it to your game/group.
Top building is an interview center for Flavoriez Bakery. The bottom building is a homestore for Ex-Hale.
For a simple small build, it will cost 3k robux.
For a medium build with a decent amount of detail, it will be 10k robux.
For a big build like the one shown, it will cost 20k robux.
Prices don’t always range from this and can be further discussed.
We do not take percentages!
