Hey! We’re the small team of developers responsible for the Nova Corporation roblox group, focused on roleplay. We’ve achieved major milestones over our couse of just a year of existence, having reached over 300k members and having 3 games in the top 1000 by gameplay time.

About The Job
We are looking for a new lead environmental artist / builder to join our team full time. As a builder, you will be expected to be active and engaging in the community, dedicated, capable of multitasking and being a team player.
You will be responsible for building all of our games and their updates, optimizing the games and taking community feedback actively.
You will be working actively with our team, handling roadmap tasks, taking initiative over projects and their builds, such as working together with our 3D Modeler and artist to get materials and props made, wall designs, concepts, layouts, etc.
You are required to know the ins and outs of development on studio, have experience working in a team, know how to use Blender (or at least at a basic level), and be able to actively engage with the community and use voice chat.
You will be required to work 30-40 hours weekly. Of course, this can be adjusted depending on how much you can get done within time and other scenarios you can talk with us about.
Payment
You will be paid 1,000,000 (1 M) robux through group funds at the 20th of every month.
