"A CITY-BUILDING GAME"

Hello!
We are Palm Studios, a small upcoming game development team. We are currently looking for an advanced scripter to help us with out with a city-building game.

GAME CONCEPT
In this game, the player will become the mayor of a settlement. The players will need to provide the citizens with all their needs (education, housing, healthcare, …) in order to keep them happy so that the citizens will keep paying their taxes. If the player succeeds at his/her role of being a mayor, the settlement will slowly evolve into a metropolis.
There are much more details, but I would prefer to disclose them after accepting your application.

EXPECTATIONS
We expect that you:
- Should have knowledge about placement systems
- Should have knowledge about datastores
- Should be able to debug
- Should be able to script and design UI (or just a very simple and functional UI)
- Should be able to interconnect the stats of the buildings that will be placed in a village, because most buildings will depend on eachother (e.g. a village will need enough electricity supplied by a powerplant, otherwise village will leave)
- Should be able to spend time on this game, atleast around 4 days/week.
- Should have a good portfolio, or enough work to show in order to prove us that he/she is advanced.
- Should be passionate about game development!
(Animating skills are welcome, but less important than the previous 8.)
- You must be 13 years or older to apply.
- Note that this might be a long-term project.
PAYMENT
I am willing to pay between 200k and 300k robux through group funds, which you will be able to devex, and I also offer 40% of the earnings.
I do not mind to pay a non-refundable deposit upfront, as soon as you start making progress and if you are showing that you are dedicated to finish this game.
Payment is still negotiable, I can pay more if needed.
