About Us

Hi there! We are Unreal Studios, a small upcoming game development team. We’re looking for Modelers who are willing to join our team and work with us on our new game, Big Game!

About The Job

We are looking for a professional Modeler to join our team as our lead Modeler. We expect high quality Models that adhere to our game’s style. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.

Our game needs alot of models done. Experience in making swords, bosses, weapons are preferred and experience in Building is also preferred.

We will check your progress daily.

Payment

We are paying 25% (Negotiable)

a suggestion would be that you shouldn’t pay everybody with 25%, why?

It’s simple here are some reasons

  • If the scripter did all the work and everybody just did 25% of it then everybody get’s paid 25% it would be unfair for the scripter
  • Average Scripter Percentages are 30%+

Next Part is Who is in your team

  • Make your team trustable
  • Name everybody in your team and their roles
  • Tell their time zone’s to tell when will they work

Next Part is What is your team working on about

  • Tell Basic-Complex Details about your game
  • Progress Preferably an SC
  • What part of it is done

  • You can’t forbid this of what the modeler will do
  • If its supposed to be high quality then pay high for the models if Commissions
  • Show what you want them to work on
  • Give more details or images if they don’t understand

No offence but what? You want modeler to model like 2 quality models (sword, etc) and they working for free? seriously you trying to make modeler work fulltime and didn’t get paid nothing, Also there are not a lot of information on this recruitment post. Try to explain more.

Hi Xavi i thought 2 models per day was just an estimate and that they were small work. Thanks for the comment :slight_smile: I removed it.

I recommend to change your title to this “Are you a modeler? Join our team now” or something better.

Im not paying everybody 25% and i am getting 30%+ dont worry about me. also the presentation was poor i know il try better next time
