BlackBox Studios! is hiring a Programmer

About Us
Hey there! We’re BlackBox Studios!, the development team behind S.P.A.C.E! We are a newly found studio, but have big plans for upcoming games!

The Job
We’re looking for a programmer to join our team and help us make the best games possible for the community of ROBLOX. This job is fully remote and you are able to work from anywhere.

Pay:
We are currently paying 40% of total game revenue. This will change soon, to about £20-£30 a week, via PayPal, depending on quality.
(Fingers crossed it might become $1000 a month, if I get accepted)

Hours:
10-15 hours per week, you pick the hours.

Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly voice call meetings - 3PM every Sunday (GMT)
  • Add to existing code, or develop new codes
  • Bring everyone else up and keep happy!

Requirements

  • 3 years + experience in Lua
  • Understanding of AI scripting (I will be assisting! I specialise in this, just need a second pair of eyes!)
  • Understanding Of advanced placement scripts
  • 16 years or older
  • Preferably in the UK, but remote working is available!

The £30 a week pay is low like that, since I have a part time job somewhere. My current pay is £30 a week.
I get extra pay for something else, so I can afford the £30 a week.
Not for you? Then don’t worry! Apply and we can work something out!

If you worked the minimum which is listed at 10 hours, you would be getting 3$ per hour. Ouch.

Why is the revenue only at 40% for percentage? A programmer should get more unless they aren’t the main programmer.

40% is high considering there are other developers. On top of the percentages, the pay is $10 a script.

$10 per script will appear unfair in most cases.
