Correct me if I’m wrong, but those are free model trees. You cannot sell this if it includes someone elses assets.

The terrain is fine itself but it needs to be less-flatter and more bumpy. I would suggest using smooth-terrain instead of parts whenever composing the terrain, if you wanted the terrain to be this specific style, you can disregard this part of the feedback.
As for the buildings, they don’t look very winter-ish. A normal structure such as that in winter would have snow covering its rooftop, (the picture below also serving as a reference for what I am referring to.)
I would also suggest detailing the buildings further because they just look too dull, at least to an extent where it doesn’t cause an issue for the players with a lower-end computer if you want this Arctic Base to be sold to somebody else at a higher price.

This place is scaled very nicely and has a good feel to it. the texture and color is nice. Everything’s built nicely but there are some flaws.
Flaws
Alright so the first issue I found was that the map is very bland.
- As you can see from this image, although the building is quite exquisite… it is basic and there isn’t much going on.
- With this, somethings aren’t CanCollide when they should be…
and Vise Versa.
- The map itself is quite small, meaning there isn’t much else besides what you see when you spawn which can tend to get boring rather quickly.
What to work on...
- I highly recommend working on the what should and shouldn’t be CanCollided.
- I suggest working on adding more stuff, such as benches, tools, and so on into this game.
- I suggest making an inside to those factories/buildings/houses. It can add more to this game and help it stand out.
- If you were smart, you’d make this a giant game that if you truly want to… you could sell or make money off of.
I wouldn’t sell this until there is more added.
Assets in the toolbox are public domain. If that tree is indeed a free model and the creator of that tree made it free to take rather than having stolen a tree and uploaded it, the model is considered in the public domain. OP is still very much in their right to sell a map that contains public domain models.
Selling things with free models in them is frowned upon but it’s not disallowed. If the work is not sufficiently original, then no, OP should not be selling this. However, if the map is mostly of their own creation, then a few public domain trees don’t matter.
