Hello there
I’m EsplishData and this is Cosma Projects.
We are currently new studio without any devolepers and games!
So I decided to hire all positions!

Payment

We will be paying you from percantage. If studio fails I have backup robux!
For Asset Creator I don’t have problem to pay per asset!
Except Asset Creator all of you will be payed per percantage and it depens on your work quality and quantity.

You guys now whats a cool thing? after most devs got hired. He fired all of them. And he took my Icon without paying me. So pls watch out I do not reccomend working with him. Thank you everyone

Terrible person to work with. Wouldn’t recommend joining the project.

Example 1: Doesn’t even have a plan for the project and is relying on the developers to plan it all out.

Example 2: Very immature and unfit to manage a project. Complained about us not working while not giving us anything to do and when giving instructions, it is things like “Build a map”

Example 3: Fired all the developers for no reason given which can only assume to be because we did not do the work that he did not tell us to do.

Overall, a terrible person to work with. Most likely at the age of around 9-12 causing him to be immature and not properly manage the project. I recommend not working with him for these reasons and EsplishData if you are reading this, take these in to consideration to help improve yourself.
