About The Job
I am currently looking for one extremely flexible, friendly scripter to join our development team under a paid internship. As an intern, you will complete a multitude of tasks such as pathfinding-related stuff, core/framework, weapons/tools, etc. You need to be able to adapt well to the things we ask of you. We require you to be friendly as you will be in a team environment and must be able to appropriately communicate with others to maximize efficiency in completing your job, we also don’t want someone who will cause conflicts in our outgoing team.

Who will you be working with?
Our Development Team acts as an independent department in the group, containing a total of 20 staff, including testers. Our programmers, both interns and official developers work along-side builders, modellers, animators and even designers… it’s an extremely valuable and diverse experience. How does the Internship work?
As an intern, you are given no access to any group games or assets that aren’t required to complete the job given to you. You are seen as probationary, not trusted, while still respected. You are paid the same as official developers, although obviously they’re provided with access to essential assets. After a minimum of a month, you are considered by the Development Team’s coordinators for a promotion to a full developer position.
Payment
Our system for payment is similar to that of commissions. You’ll be paid based off the time spent on the job, agreed upon by both parties (me and you), as the job is completed. All payments are done via Group Payout and are a minimum of 2000R$ ranging easily up to 5 digit figures.
