About The Job
We are looking for a builder, with some experience which can build for us at a medium quality, we are aiming to release out alpha during this or next month.
The hotel should have at least 20 normal rooms, 7 suites and 3 penthouses.
Payment
We are offering percentage of our group earnings (we also aim to sell tech in the near future).
The payment varies on the details and quality.
Medium Details - Up to 10% of our earnings.
High Details - Up to 20% of our earnings.

If I were to be hired for percentage how would I know if this so called “hotel group” will be a bust, or a success what are you willing to invest in this group? or what is your plan?
If I were to be hired to build a whole map alone I would prefer 35-50% of the groups earnings, which of course will be negotiable. This is higher due to the fact of I don’t want to take a risk of basically earning 10-20 percent on a group that could be a bust. If the group were to be a bust, this would basically be a free map for your so called group.
But as I said this can be negotiable to a point where I would make some profit upfront, for example 7500 R$ with 10-20 percent of group earnings.

^ 7500$ Robux upfront, or when product is finished with 10-20 % is greatly low for what your asking for but could you send a picture of what you want the structure based around?
