Just be aware this contract is not legally binding and furthermore missing a lot of details.

(thought this was funny) For builder especially you are asking for a “1% decline and 1 USD taken away for missing a deadline” even though you explicitly say there is no payment in USD for builders.

Charlie Corporation is not trademarked and not a real company so you have no legal supervision as well.

For anyone looking to find a secure way of payment, this is not it. This “contract” can be breached and there will nothing you can do as a contractor.

Also, “This contract CAN NOT be revoked.” is found at the end of the contract, which makes me find this whole scheme here in ill mind as I have only seen people use these lines to scare people into doing their bidding. There are no specifications of termination terms and no real signature so feel free to rescind from this contract if you feel as if the work you are putting into the project is not worth it.

I agree, that CAN NOT be revoked scared me and i decided not to go for this one

I agree witht he can not be revoked. That is slightly scary and may make developers back off.
