Hello. I’m Mars, and I’m a very experienced indie (solo) game developer. I’ve helped many people create popular games (particularly fantasy/anime-based games) and created multiple successful games myself, and now I’ve decided to do another original project, but on a different account.
Who am I looking for?
I’m looking for an experienced developer that is able to animate, as well as create meshes and models in software such as Blender, Adobe Photoshop, etc. for long-term.
You are mainly required to:

Know how to speak fluent english, enough to understand details that I describe and also to conversate properly.

Have experience in your field of work. I need a developer that is experienced and capable of making good animations, and models/meshes.

Things to know about the job

The game that you’ll be working for is very early in development (currently, since I’ve just started making this project), but it still has a lot of things done and made already, this means that if you contact me, I’ll be able to provide you with sneak-peeks, gifs, etc. of what the game currently looks like so you can decide if you want to take this job. I can prove to you my experience and development ability, so you know you’re working with an actual developer.

I will obviously tell you any details about the project, and show you what the game is about. You’ll have a “Developer” role on the community discord server, as well as the Roblox Group. I’m the only other developer though, so we’ll mainly be messaging through direct messages.

You’ll be able to work with me, and possibly learn a few things that you didn’t know already. I’m quite an experienced developer and a very advanced programmer. (not really shown on this account, but I can show my main account’s achievements, games, etc. to prove it)

I love rewarding individuals for hard work, as it brings me a lot of joy. If you work hard, and you are a kind, honest individual and you abide by the terms that I’ve provided, I will definitely raise the percentage for you when the time comes.
Payment
I’m offering a permanent percentage from all of the game’s earnings 5% - 8.5% (can be negotiated) as well as a small semi-upfront payment of 10,000 Robux after a few tasks are completed. (anti-scam measures)
NOTE: I cannot pay USD. The percentage may seem small, but my previous games have made around 12 - 20 million Robux in a year, so expect this game to earn around the same amount of Robux. Around 7% of that is still A LOT of Robux. (I can prove this)
Terms

If you abandon your work or refuse to work after an amount of time has passed, I will lower the percentage that you get paid significantly, but I will still pay you accordingly for the work that you’ve done.
