Who are we?
Hey, I’m the owner of Turp’s Studios where we make games for everyone to enjoy. We’ve made multiple games such as Elemental Royale; a game with over 6 million visits, Eating Simulator; a game with over 1 million visits and Sword FFA! We hope to make even more games where you possibly can be helping us to develop them as well!
What will you be working on?
You will be working on a new upcoming game for Turp’s Studio. I can’t give out too much information about the game however, it is a game where you will be able to roleplay with others, look after your own virtual pet and play minigames to buy furniture for your house. You will get more specific information about the game if needed depending on your job.
The Job
I’m the solo developer as of right now for Turp’s Studio and I’m hoping to hire more people for an upcoming new project that I’ll be working on.
Builder
We require a builder to make multiple maps. First, we need a starting map where around 20 players will be in. This main map will have a large statue with a river around the statue and there will be other buildings around the spawning map (Town Centre). The spawning map would have trees, benches, grass and there will be paths which players can go through to teleport to another section of the map. The maps which we need is:
- Mall
- Arcade
- Restaurant
- School
- The players’ own house (Inside like pokemon style where you teleport to another place to enter) (We have 5 different designs for the interior and exterior design of the house)
- Neighbourhood (Should have around 20 houses but not enterable ones)
- Pet Store
Our arcade will have 4 games, the maps needed for them are:
- A kart racing map
- 3 Obbies/Parkour maps (Not too big and it is for a racing game mode)
- A small grassy area where there is a barn and a couple of trees for a gamemode.
- A section of the arcade where players can play a card minigame.
Players entering most of these places will be teleported to another section of the game, simillar to the style of games such as Pokemon.
The maps won’t be that big however, some maps might such as the Mall, the Town Centre (Where the players spawn around the statue thing) and possibly the arcade will be big however, the size will be decided once we have found a person for the job.
As for the style of the map, I was looking for a cartoony/low poly style for the maps and such so if you could build maps in those types of styles, you will have a higher chance of being accepted.
There is a deadline to make all these maps however, I understand that these will take a while to make so we will give around 2 months for you max to finish off the job.
Payment
If you successfully make all these maps, we’ll pay 65,000 Robux through group funds.
