Hey! I’m Kippiiq, the former programmer for Reaper Simulator. I recently quit the development group due to reasons I will not discuss publicly. Now I have decided to start my own group to further progress my knowledge and experience.

About The Job
I’m looking for a long-term builder to join me in developing games. Someone who is able to build and create models (such as weapons) would be preferred, though not necessary. I currently have a couple of ideas, though I need someone who’s open for discussion and is creative with ideas. We can discuss our ideas later

The graphics designer will most importantly be required to create icons for the UIs and any in-game items we may have. Someone who is also able to create the game icon and thumbnails would be preferred, but not necessary.
Payment
Payment can be decided upon starting the project, depending on how much building would be required compared to the amount of scripting. The split could be as low as 10/90 if it’s 1 simple map, or 60/40 if a lot of building is needed.
The graphics designer will be paid per asset, depending on how complex it is. Ranging from R$ 500 to R$ 20,000+ for game icon/thumbnails.
I will also be investing in any assets we need and sponsoring/advertising the game.
