Hi there, I’m the lead developer of dead developers a slowly growing game dev studio focusing on high quality strategy games. Currently, I’m creating a test project to see how the lower age groups react and I need a recurring GFX artist to make thumbnails/game-icon(USE SAME IMAGE) for each update.
Payment:
The pay would most likely be 2-5 a thumbnail. I measure two things, efficiency and quality. Quality = 85% of pay, while timing = 15%.
