About My Vision
Hello, fellow developers! I am Isukali (You can just call me Isu or by my initials A.J.) and I have a vision for developing the game of dreams, a fantasy, R.P.G. type game with a unique twist to make for an exciting and entertaining experience for other players. I’ve explored many areas when it comes to overall development. I have a good understanding of code logic (I’m quite fluent in the Python language, but I don’t know much Lua), have delved into 3D design (You can check out my portfolio on the dev forums), and even worked with graphical arts designing thumbnails and U.I. I am now confident with my ability to lead a team so that we can together work on developing this game. My primary roles would be as being a development leader, concept designer, motivator, game mechanic designer, and contributor to building and modeling. To further give an idea of the type of game I want to develop, refer to games such as Rogue Lineage, Vesteria, and World of Magic, all notable titles on Roblox that have achieved quite a few accomplishments. I look up to the developers of these games and take inspiration from their works. They have really helped me form my vision and I look up to them with reverence.
About The Job
I am looking for developers with a passion for fantasy and a mindset of making the most of the process and not depending on the outcome. You should also be fairly experienced in the field that you will be covering in the development of the game. I will be taking anything I can get to decide whether you are fit for the team, e.g. previous works, experience, vouches, etc. I’ll also take a small interview through PM’s or Discord. As for the work environment and how we’ll be carrying out tasks, I am looking for developers with a open attitude who can flexible with what they are assigned; as will I with your workflow. I can assure you of an open and unstressful environment and utmost respect as long as your reciprocate to each and every team member. You should also be in the U.S. as timings can become an issue. More details will be discussed if I determine you to be a fit candidate for the spot.

Payment
You will be getting a percentage based on the income (In Robux) we get from the game. As of now, each developer will get an average of 15-20% the total income (This can fluctuate depending on your rule and how much you contribute).

Closing Note
