Hey, not trying to sound mean or anything but if your looking for a good, high quality graphic maybe you should higher the price or lower your standards? Also maybe add more information as saying you want a high quality “picture” is quite vague. Good luck though.
Maybe I wouldn’t make it high, because I think, not want to be mean, going up it is crazy, although I’ve found insanly good graphic creator for even much lower price than mine, but her laptop is broken.
I mean I also think same way but for now I can’t really spend much now. Especially when I am earning robux for development team and I am below 1000R$ but more than 800R$
If you’re looking for high quality, expect to at least pay them decently. You won’t find any experienced or talented people if you’re only going to pay them 100 robux.

A high quality picture goes from 10- to 25k robux. Now, those prices are reasonable if the creator is someone famous, because you’d be paying for the artist and their experience, and not actually their asset that they will be making. There are multiple sources stating user interface and graphic designs are among the most important things in virtual aesthetics, simply because of what emotion and/or response that could be brought forth from the recipient.
You’re asking someone to design a ‘brand’. Not just a simple picture. Nike’s brand(Logo) is worth billions. Even though it is so simple a toddler could replicate it. Yet, everyone will recognise it at sight. If that’s what you’re looking for, you shouldn’t be pricing the graphics artist’s time spent on the logo but on the actual impact of what it can generate.
For example, what do you expect your logo to do? If nothing, then having a blank canvas is equally fitting as an extremely beautiful painting.
Now, I will address your standing budget, it is not seemingly considerable. I therefore suggest you to build your budget up until you can afford one.
