Greetings, I am dracoinq (formerly known as XIINights). After planning for over 4 months, my co-owner and I decided to start a hotel.
The hotel is a modern luxurious resort located in Las Vegas, NV. There will be a lobby with a reception and a customer support desk, an indoor pool area, a few floors of regular rooms (exact # of floors will be discussed in DMs), 2 penthouse suits, and a small restaurant in the hotel.
We will need a builder, a scripter, a UI designer, a clothing designer (for staff uniforms), and a modeler.
Builders 
We are looking for a builder who can build realistic, modern, luxurious pieces. From the builder, we will need a lobby with a reception and a customer support desk, an indoor pool area, a few floors of regular rooms, 2 penthouse suits, and a small restaurant in the hotel. Builders will get paid the most.
Scripters 
Scripters will need to have a good amount of understanding of the scripting program Lua, and must know how to script a hotel. If you have scripted other hotels in the past, you have a higher chance of getting hired.
UI 
You must also have a good skill level in this department as well. We will need you to make the UI that will be in the hotel.
Modeler 
This job requires people who have an advanced level of skill in a modeling software (such as Blender). We will need some furniture, food for the restaurant, and other things that would be in the hotel that hasn’t been done by the builder.
Other Positions 
If you do not want to be part of the development team, you can apply to become staff. You must be fluent in English, and have good grammar. The application center will be going up later today (7/3/20 - 5:00 PM EST), so you will be able to apply there.

Scripter
≈ 6,000 - 8,000 robux
UI
≈ 4,000 robux
Modeler
≈ 7,000 robux
