It looks like the people are like stickers and you just stuck them onto a background. It doesn’t look like they’re actually in the scene.

Now I’m not an expert on GFX here but for a first time in my opinion it isn’t that bad. The two characters stand out too much with an outline surrounding them and the blurred jpeg in the background. I also think the two characters need some kind of difference between them because the same character copy and pasted is kinda lazy. There also needs to be more stuff going on and things to fill in the space.
That is my two sense, hope this helps.

Well made for a first GFX and room to add more
You can think about making a “set” for the GFX and not just a picture background
You also you need make a story of what is going on in the picture, like who are the guys pointing their guns at 
Very Nice Job! though I recommend using an HDRI and putting the specular .5+ and the roughness .45+ on the guns and the character for more realism. and try to add suns to try to blend the background image into the render, very good for a start.
