About Us
Hi there! Nova is currently seeking a new builder for our new version! Nova Hotels is an established Hotel group which has gained over 125,000 members, and has an active community with 200 consistent players. Our current version is kind of outdated, therefore we’re looking to give a new look to our hotel! We are looking to release our new version within the next 2 months, so if possible, we’d like the building completed during that timeframe.

About The Job
We are looking for an experienced builder who can build our new hotel, no scripting is required.
The hotel should include the following:
60 Standard Rooms
- 10 rooms per floor
- Rooms should include the following: A bed, a couch, television, a small bathroom w/ shower, a fridge and a table that sits 2 people.
12 Premium Rooms
- 4-6 rooms per floor
- Room should include the following: 2 beds, a couch, television, a bathroom with a shower, a small balcony, a fridge and a table which sits 6 people.
4 “Beach Huts”
- Rooms should be located on the hotel beach
- Room should include the following: 2 beds, a couch, television, small bathroom, a fridge and a table which sits 4 people.
Indoor Pool Area
- A small indoor pool area
- Should include the following: A small pool, some sunbeds for seating, a small “Pool Accessories stand”.
Outdoor Pool Area
- A large outdoor pool area
- This should include the following: A large pool, sunbeds for seating, enough space for us to add our waterpark slides.
- This should be located at the back of the hotel accessible through a door connected to the hotel.
Clothing Store
- No interior design is needed however, the store should be able to hold around 25 clothing designs.
Arcade
- No interior design, or machines are needed, however the arcade should be able to house around 25 machines.
Restaurant
- The restaurant should be on-site of the hotel.
- The restaurant should be able to house around 25 customers.
- A kitchen area (no machines are needed)
Beach
- A decently sized beach
- The beach should include the following: A fair amount of sunbeds and beach umbrellas should be scattered around the beach, aswell as space for some waterslides (Waterslide models are not needed)
A snack shack
- This snack shack should be located near the beach
- The shack would require some tables/benches near it.
- No food items are required.
Gym
- A gym area with machines (they do not need to be scripted, just designed)
NOTE: There may be a few other small ideas thought of during development.
Free Models will not be accepted, and none of the hotel is required to be scripted, only the build and design is required.
Payment
Payment is negotiable, we’re looking to pay between 50-120k. Payment will be made via a one time payout from Group Funds.
