Our small team has been developing on the Roblox platform for approximately four years and we have a good track record of experiences and opportunity as result to the trials and tribulations we have faced along the way. Thanks to this, Project Z is fully backed and funded as insurance that the hardwork of our future studio members will not go to waste.

Proton Studios is searching for a capable robloxian, in specific a Lead Programmer and a Lead 3d Asset Creator to partake in working with us on our new game, Project Z. This endeavor will take many critical gameplay elements from our original Warfront and improve on the gameplay formula the first game established.
Lead Programmer: Your role is to simply take our and your concepts and dreams and turn them into functional reality! We expect a clean and organized code base that is flexible and modularized. Our team will assist you to the best of our ability with any problems or issues that crop up.
3d Asset Creator: Your role is to create and publish the backbone of 3d Assets our Programmer/s will need to bring Project Z to life. The building style expected is a very robust and simple low poly aesthetic that is easy for low end devices to render, see the original Warfront as reference in your work. Our team will assist you to the best of our ability with any problems or issues that crop up. This position is no longer open.
We are optimally looking for at full release at around the end of 2020 to the start of 2021. With a workable beta or Minimum Viable Product a few months prior.
Lead Programmer: You will be eligible for 25% equity on all the games revenue post release if you agree to continue working on future Project Z updates with a 300k bonus on release, Equivalent to $1050 usd.
Lead 3d Asset Creator: You will be eligible for 15% equity on all the games revenue post release if you agree to continue working on future Project Z updates with a 150k bonus on release, Equivalent to $575 usd.
