About The Job

I am looking for a professional house builder that has experience with BOTH exterior and interior design. I need the interior done along with the house itself, being furniture and typical interior design with flooring and walls. This is going to be utilized in a tycoon system I’ve been working on.

Payment

I am offering R$50,000 for the entire build. 50% up-front payment will be given. In addition to this base payment, if the builder can maintain a tidy workspace (Explorer tab) with parts grouped & labelled where necessary, a bonus incentive of R$5,000 will be included.
