Hello, we are a upcoming development team who is looking for amazing developers to help us embark on releasing a new game. Me and my co’s have come up with a idea, that is possibly and hopefully a front page game. The game we will be developing is a House flipper type game, that allows players to buy houses to Upgrade, customise and clean to sell on for more. this allows an great exploration of creativity for players!

Payment
We are paying depending on the job
Scripter-15% + 15-20k
Builder-15% +10-15k
GUI- 5% +5k
GFX- 5-10k
Animation- 5-10k
(Rest of % goes to funds)

You should be more descriptive in your thread about what your game is about, what each role will do specifically, etc. This should help you get more possible applicants.
Okay thank you for the feedback, Im gathering a team first to then brief the ideas. This will mean letting them know exactly what needs to be done, once accepted there will be a spreadsheet made with all the tasks on it. This is so developers can tick of each task as they do them and we can stay on track!
