A little short story about this topic, so you get good understanding.
I am Co-Owner of one roleplay community that had fresh new start. We have small ammount of members but we are in progress of making a game. We are building in realistic style (not a lot of details). We had a few attempts to make game but it just didn’t work out and the old developing team fell appart.
About the game, project and other things.
So, we are starting to make a game but we need extra helping hands!
We are looking for:
Builder(2x)
Scripter(2x)
3D Modelere (1x) 
Payment
Sadly we dont have any avaiable funds to pay before project starts, thats why we are offering payment in percentage (%)! All revenue of game and group will go to developers and ads only!
(P.S. if game doesnt get profit you can count on backup plan)
More Info 
We are looking for skilled builders, scripters and modeler to help us finally finish the game and grow our community! We want semi-realistic buildings. For scripts we would need experienced scripters that can script roleplay elements (shops, bank, ATM’s and simillar stuff). 3D modeler shoud know how to model cars and weapons.( That is only thing needed)
