Hi there! Seuza is currently looking for a resort builder! Seuza has not been launched yet and is still a small 100ish members group. We are looking to launch our resort in the nexts 2 months. (We don’t mind waiting a little bit longer for the map.)

About The Job
We are looking for a talented resort builder, that can build Seuza Resort V1. We would like the resort to include:

60 Regular Rooms
– Buildings of 4-6 rooms;
– Rooms must contain: A bed for 2 people, a couch, a television, bathrooms with shower, a small fridge and a table for 2 people. -
16 Premium Rooms
– Buildings of 2-4 rooms;
– Rooms must contain: 2 beds for 2 people, a couch, a television, bathrooms with shower and bath, a balcony, a small fridge and a table for 4 people. -
4 Premium+ Rooms
*These rooms are like small condos.
– Individual Buildings;
– Rooms must have 2 floors;
– Rooms must contain: 2 rooms with 1 bed for 2 people, a couch, a television, bathrooms with shower and bath, a balcony, a kitchen, and a table for 6 people. -
A Restaurant
– Capacity of ~30 people;
– Kitchen area (You can leave the counters empty since we already got our food and machines models); -
Outside Pool & Spa Area
– Leave space for future waterslides and water games. -
Gym
– A building with gym accessories & machines. (We only ask for the accessories and machines design, they don’t need to be functional) -
Arcade
– We just need the arcade building, no scripts or interior machines are required. -
Merch Store
– We just need the merch store building, no interior design is required. -
Beach
– Sun umbrellas and chairs sprayed around the beach. -
Beach Snack Shack
– Basically just a building on the beach where we can serve cold drinks.
– A few picnic tables close to the shack.
The game must be acceptable part wise. I don’t want the game to lag due to an astonishing amount of parts.
In General
We won’t be accepting any Free Models, and we don’t ask you to script anything. We only ask you for the design and the esthetic of the place.
Payment
The payment is negotiable, preferably from 50-120k. The payment will be done through a shirt. (I can adapt the price to nullify Roblox’s 30% fees.)
