Hi there! We are an upcoming game development team. We’re looking for a builder and a programmer who is willing to join our team and work with us on our new game-related around Snowball Fighting with different game modes.

About The Job

We are looking for a professional builder to join our team to produce low-poly type content. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another. We are also looking for a programmer who can work on this game actively. If even somewhat interested, please contact me on discord for more information on what you will be scripting.

Payment

We are paying off % on the game:
Programmer: 40%
Builder: 25%

Where is the other 35% going? Also, what happens if the game under-preforms and there is no profit?

Edit: I understand you’re also a builder for a game, however shouldn’t that also pay 25% Is the other 10% going towards ads/marketing?

So of course I will not be taking the 35% but probably only 15% since I will be building for the project too. If you need to see my work if that helps you decide, that’s fine. The other 20% will go to an investor or if any other needed things. If I end up finding a deal that doesn’t take percentage from an investor, the percentages will be raised on both programmer and builder.

Hey! I was scrolling through this. I need to know i little more about what the scripter would be doing. I think that would increase your chance of getting one. Because if you name of what they need to be able to do, Then they can’t do that and you have them as the Scripter, It has wasted everyone’s time. Just a little feedback :slight_smile: :laughing:
