Personally, I do believe that 1.5 hours every day, while working for free, is way too much, especially for a year. The title as a Game Planner seems quite confusing, for example, would the Game Planner be actually working on the development of the game, or just give out ideas on what ideas should be added to the game? Overall, I’m personally quite confused by this post. I hope to have some clarification over this position. Thanks!

Sorry for the confusion, I couldn’t think of the position name so I just put ‘Game Planner’. It meant to be Game Designer. I do understand your point of view for working 1.5 hours a day for a year straight is way to much. However, if you look at all of our team members, they are working for free. I will try to come up with another time minimum to make sure it will be alright!

Game Designer is supposed to come up with ideas that flow with the game properly. I hope you understand that, sorry if I didn’t explain that enough!

I would also like to clarify, you probably aren’t going to be working for free. You WILL get some profit, but not in the making of the game. I wasn’t quite sure what you meant, if you meant while the making of the game, then no. You won’t be paid.

Hello! I’m the Lead Programmer and the Marketing Executive of the Studio, now sorry for the confussion that you’re experimenting!

  • The Game Designer just need to work 30min at least on the game.

Responsabilities

  • Can improve mechanics basing on already existing ones.
  • Have previous knowledge of Conceptualist Art so he can do sketches for the 3D Artist to better references!
  • Explain detailed what the other departments need to do and how they have to do it!
  • Use monday.com and Google Docs to beter workflow!
  • Communication sklls are really apreciated!
  • Can get in contact with the Programmer, 3D Artist and the other departments of the Development Team.

I am not quite sure what you mean. We are in need of Game Designers. We also are hiring builders and more roles. We are not hiring any managers, but you could be a Game Designer if you meet all the requirements!

Requirements

  • We didn’t took your name, didn’t took your idea and never gonna do something like that because maybe you’re taking all that we are making and trying to make it yours!

Rage way:

  • HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO SAY YOU AND YOUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM THAT WE ARE NOT TAKING ANYTHING FROM YOUR STUDIO, I GET SICK FROM YOUR STUDIO, STOP BEING ANNOYING MAYBE YOU’RE STEALING OUR IDEAS AND TRYING TO MAKE IT YOURS ONE! I’M GONNA REPORT SOMEONE THAT IS ON THE BLACKBOX STUDIO IF SOMEONE COME AGAIN AND START SAYING “OHHHH, IT LOOKS LIKE IS THE SAME IDEA, NAME AND EVERYTHING!!! YOU’RE COPYING US, EWWWW”.

Oh, it is. I’m mexican and my country is really easy to get this kind of stuff, obviously it won’t be free but it will really easy.

Anyway, yeah is inmature beacause all of your Team just said “Oh! Your name is like our!”. Green color doesn’t have anything similar to Black, ok?

And this is really hard to see, because 2 person can’t have the same idea, you steal it to us, because we didn’t even get in contact with your group (I only get in contact for help if its neded, but I release that you’re the worst Team I ever seen on the world). And this just hit my mind “This guys are just copying all what we are making”.

Anyway, sorry if you’re really mature and you don’t understand in-mature people, because I’m really, really confident that you’re -18.

I would take this job, I have some complications with it though:

  • One, I’m not getting paid. insert chuckling here, one year, no pay.

  • Two, if someone has an idea. It’s usually based off a movie, book, or show. This is how idea’s are put into play.

  • Three, what happens if the game isn’t successful? What if we’ve worked for nothing? What will you do?

  • If all your workers are working for free, are they top notch?

  • Why hire a Game Designer, for one year, if there’s no pay, for anyone, if the game fails, nobody makes any profit and they’ve spent the previous year for nothing?
