This seems interesting. The positions you mentioned are receiving 65% of the pay. Where is the rest of the money going?

I would suggest increasing the scripter %. Depending on the project he’ll probably do the most. I don’t think that a scripter should get the same amount of money as an UI artist or Builder in my opinion as nearly everyone can do UI/Build but only a hand of people can properly script.

I agree, while building can take time and UI needs to be positioned and designed well, there are plugins and many other forms of help out there (like mirror for building, auto-scale for UI). Scripting takes time to master and the only form of help is tutorials, which you need to take in and learn to manipulate and create your own code. Most of time scripters deserve to be paid more unless your game only requires minimal code.

I’d imagine about 5% would be kept in the group for ads, badges and ect. But I don’t know about the other 30%.

I recommend doubling it atleast if they are going too script the whole game
