Not a scripter but a word of advice, explain more out of your post. What exactly do you need done by magic skills? How many magic skills? How many animations? How is the payment going to be done, group funds, tshirt, USD, etc?
Most people looking at this would most likely appreciate it if you explain what you need more than just a sentence per section.
