PREFACE
I am searching for an experienced semi-realistic - realistic builder who can build a resort-restaurant hybrid for an upcoming roleplay group (similar to groups like Bambou and Pastriez). The resort will have a first floor restaurant along with several buildings scattered around the center for standard and premium rooms. More details will be provided upon contact.
ABOUT
The builder should have extensive modeling experience as well, as they are expected to create high-quality assets for the resort rooms such as beds, toilets, sinks, etc. They will also be creating restaurant foods for the cooks to serve the guests.
If hired, you will be working independently and reporting progress directly to me, as there is currently no one else involved in development of this project (I am scripting it myself). Hours are flexible as long as a reasonable amount of work is done every week, and so long as the project is done by the deadline. The current deadline is soft and is expected to be May 15.
I encourage those interested to get invested! Developers who are interested in the group-creation process and who want to be a proponent of the community are always welcome. If you choose to remain separate from the group, that is perfectly fine as well. Credits will be provided on the game description also.
PAYMENT
Payment will start around $1000 USD and can be increased depending on your portfolio and quality of outputted work. Robux is NOT being offered.
