We are a small group called DreamParks. We plan to achieve a themepark where you can work at.

Have experience working with others, as this is a big project and we plan to hire more individuals.

Be good at your job.
Have some experience building/scripting theme-park rides and/or cafes and hotels as this is going to be referred off of Disney
Report to me weekly with your progress in Google Docs. This is what will help me determine your payment and your status in the team.

Project:
DreamParks and Dream Resort(Based off of Disneyland and Disney Resorts). We plan to make a themepark and hotel, where you can work at. I have a document filled with ideas, if you are willing to contact me.
Payment:
This will be paid AFTER the game is released. I plan on paying in percent(75% for all the people who help combined), as this is a big game, and more people are prone to play. HOWEVER, if you fail to complete any requirements, I will lower the percent. DM me to talk more.
If you want to join the team full-time, Maddie will handle percent splits.
If you want a straight-up robux payment, I will give it to you after we finish the game. I pay 300-1000 robux for 1 time payments, depending on your role and how much work you accomplish. Prices are negotiable. Since I have premium, I will deposit funds until we pay you back fully(backup). PLEASE NAME YOUR PRICE BEFORE WE RELEASE THE GAME. THIS IS IMPORTANT AS I NEED TO BUDGET.
so, I would say a down payment of 500-1K seems good. 1K for builders and scripters, 500 for UI design and animators. the percentage should be 10 - 20% for buildes/scripters, 20 if there are only 5 people, and 5-10% for UI Designers and animators.
