About The Job
There are multiple jobs and I will go ahead and list them separately. Each job will have it’s own uniqueness, I will now go ahead and list them.
Head Manager
Your job is to help create the discord server and manage all the other positions listed above. You are also to recruit people to assist you along with recruiting members for our game, that way it will increase our overall hype and increase the chances of popularity and it’s lasting after launch.
Payment: There will be no payment up until the release of if the game makes revenue. This will also apply to all other “Head Management” positions.
Head Moderator
You will be moderating the game and it’s discord server before and after it’s launch. For now, the game is in development and only just recently started. You will be assisting on recruiting members with the Head Manager and moderating the discord server.

Head Q&A Tester
You will be recruiting testers that can be very constructive with their criticism and can help improve our community and our game overall. This will boost our quality and life of the game along with the community opinions and it’s strengths and it’s weakness. The game is currently in development so at first you will be recruiting members and helping out the Head Manager. Later down the road when more development and builds are created, you will start testing the game and give your opinions and criticism.
Payment: There will be no payment up until the release of if the game makes revenue. This will also apply to all other “Head Management” positions.
I expect the game to be finished within 6-12 months. Average will be 8 months if we keep progress is on track towards finishing and making progress on the game. Inactivity is reasonable if needed. If the hype for the game increases, it might be even faster since that’s building confidence on our game. So the more hype, the faster we may be able to finish.
Why you should Join us…
This game has possible potential and has the creative idea of combining the current relativity of the Roblox community/market. It includes RP and Anime type of idea combined, thus making this a game that has realtive potiental. Do we expect this project to fail? Yes, but we will have no payment for that.
Workflow.
Workflow is depended on how much progress we make, good workflow will show that we are making at least minimum progress daily or some sort of progress. There is no availability requirements as we are only looking for competence/progress day by day. Making small details and small progress can make big/major changes later down the road.
Payment
For community managers, you will receive payment from mainly dev products or if you want to do it for fun and gain recognition, etc. That’s totally fine with me, more detail are above in the job’s listing.
