About The Project
Hello! I am looking for a Builder/Modeler to help construct a Modern Cafe.
I have constructed a very minimal outline shown below on what I want the layout to look like.
High quality builds are expected and can range from creating assets like
-Tables and Chairs
-Building Decorations
-Street Decorations
-etc
There is no set deadline for this project, as it is a brand new group being created.
Payment
Payment will range between 100-250 USD Plus a 15-25% Cut in all future profits if applicable
This can be negotiated based on the quality of the work.
