What is Coastal Cafè?
Coastal is a welcoming café committed to providing the highest quality food and service for our customers. We promote the values of compassion, respect, friendship, and cooperation. With the support of our dedicated staff and vibrant community, we offer opportunities to socialise, explore our delicious menu, take part in events, enjoy new activities, and much more!
Coastal was established on 29th December 2022 and is currently owned by liazmv.
Rules & Regulations
At Coastal, we uphold a carefully considered set of regulations across all our facilities to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for every member. These rules must be observed at all times, as they are designed to support the wellbeing and positive experience of our community. Failure to comply may result in appropriate consequences, determined by the seriousness of the breach.

Regulations:
- All members must be aged thirteen (13) or over.
- Political or otherwise controversial topics must not be discussed.
- Promotion or advertising of our group on external platforms is not permitted without prior permission.
- Discrimination, hate speech, or any form of hostility towards individuals or communities is strictly prohibited.

Employees
| Rank | |
|---|---|
| Trainee | A new employee who has passed their application and is awaiting training. Trainees must complete a training session before beginning work. |
| Cashier | An employee who has completed training and is authorised to take guests’ orders. |
| Baker | A Cashier who has earned 50 points through activity and performance. |
| Head Baker | A Baker who has achieved 100 points. |
| Kitchen Leader | A Head Baker who has reached 200 points and is eligible to be considered for a Middle Rank position. |
| Management Intern | A Kitchen Leader currently undergoing a trial period for potential promotion to an official MR role. |
Management

| Staff Assistant | The entry-level Management rank. Staff Assistants are eligible to assist in training sessions as Trainers. |
| Supervisor | In addition to Staff Assistant duties, Supervisors can host shifts at the Café. |
| Assistant Manager | Holds all responsibilities of Supervisors and Staff Assistants, with the added ability to host training sessions at the Training Center. |
| General Manager | The highest Middle Rank. General Managers can perform all standard MR duties and may also apply to become an Aspirant for their chosen department. |
Executives

| Executive Officer | The highest Executive rank. Individuals at this level serve as senior members of their respective departments. |
Leadership

| Board of Directors | The entry-level Leadership rank. Members of this rank serve as Co-Leads of their respective departments, supporting departmental management and operations. |
| Executive Director | Department Leads who oversee their respective teams. They assist with departmental direction and contribute to Discord development. This rank is reserved for the most dependable and trusted individuals. |
| Vice President | Senior administrators who assist in Discord development and supervise all aspects of the group’s operations. |
| President | Group Owner. They hold full administrative permissions and are responsible for overall coordination, Discord development, and oversight of all departments and operations. |
Department Information
Staffing Department
The Staffing Department is responsible for recruiting new members to join our team. They oversee the promotion of Kitchen Leaders and management personnel who have demonstrated consistent activity and dedication to Coastal. Additionally, the department manages all management applications and internship programmes.
Relations Department
The Relations Department is responsible for fostering communication within our community and with our affiliates. They organize events and game nights to entertain our members and ensure everyone has a great time. Additionally, they manage relationships with affiliates, coordinate affiliate visits, and plan collaborative events.
Partnership Information
Requirements
There are specific requirements your group must meet before applying to become an affiliate. Please make sure you meet all the following criteria before submitting an application ticket.
- Your group must announce applications.
- Activity within your establishment is required.
- You must have two representatives from your group.
- You must be capable of hosting events with us.
- You must have 700 non-botted Discord members and 900 Roblox group members.
- You must have a good history with Coastal and our affiliates.
- You may not sell MR+ ranks.
Application
If you have read and meet all the requirements, you may proceed to apply for an affiliate. To apply, please complete the following template and submit it by opening a Relations support ticket. You will be notified of the results within a few days.
- List your group name along with two representatives.
- Provide your ROBLOX and Discord links.
- Explain why you want to affiliate with Coastal.
- Describe your group’s activity level and any events you have previously hosted.
- What sets your group apart from others?
- Do you understand that Coastal reserves the right to terminate your establishment if you violate our guidelines and code of conduct?
