As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to shift the color on the scroll bar for the ScrollingFrame object without uploading a new decal. Such as how ImageLabels & Decals have a Color3 property to shift their color it’d be nice to have the same thing on the scroll bar.

You can’t even see the scrollbar when immediately inserting a ScrollingFrame.

I want to redo the API to have a 9slice image used for the scrollbar, with a separate ImageColor3 property distinct from the BackgroundColor3.

This is a good idea, as a UI maker I would really like to see this sort of idea implemented sometime in the near future, as it adds to the uniqueness and colorfulness of the UI
