Why does using ColorSequence.new() on a single color3 give a warning in --!strict mode?

One of the ColorSequence.new() overloads are literally (Color3) -> ColorSequence so I dont get it..
Am I doing something wrong?? Or is the typechecker just tweaking again

Seems like a solver bug, this is your only option:

local sequence = (ColorSequence.new :: (Color3) -> ColorSequence)(a)
