For the past few months I was working on a game, but recently after trying to rewrite a lot of the code as it was bad and needed to be improved I realized just how broken everything was as everything basically started to crumble and some big issues occurred with my game.
Because of that I realized that I just wasn’t motivated to continue it I might in the future once I improve a lot more on my programming skills, but right now I decided that probably wasn’t worth my time as I didn’t even have anyway to advertise or anything so it would just been useless.
So I decided that I need to start maybe a bit smaller and I decided that maybe I’ll just make one of those meme joke games like Untitled Meme Game as most of the time those games are just made to be a joke and don’t need to have like insane content like Adopt Me.
However even making a simple joke game like that I still need to have an idea as I don’t wanna just copy someone else work.
So I’d like to ask how can I plan out for a game and my ideas? I tried opening a google doc and writing some ideas, but after looking at it like it was just a mess of random things I’ve remembered from other games.
