Commands that error in the multi-line command bar don't have their ChangeHistoryService recording cancelled

Expected behavior

I would expect the multi-line command bar to cancel the ChangeHistoryService recording for a command that errors so I don’t have to reopen the place to manually cancel the ChangeHistoryService recording.
