Commissioning a professional builder for a massive project

I am looking for a builder to work on a sizeable project. The plan for the build is similar to a city RP map. I already have the terrain done for it and the city would need to be built on top.

Things that need to be built:

1. Roads for the city.
2. Gas station with medium size convenience grocery store.
3. Car shop
4. Boat shop
5. Gun/weapon shop
6. Houses that people can buy and teleport to a customizeable house inside.
7. Club/hotel
8. A big pizza restaurant
9. A seperate island is already made for a large roman coliseum that needs to be built as well.

The Club/Hotel, Restaurant, and Coliseum are the main key buildings that need to be large and highly detailed. The others can be like slightly detailed to medium detailed.

I also have someone to do 3D models so some things can be placeholders which will be discussed in discord.

I would give you the terrain to build on that you can copy paste into your own private game so you can secure payment in the end.

Payment will be an Eyes of Azurewrath limited which is 120k value and 96k in RAP.
