In the images below, you can see that I own 100% of aikuo’s game revenue. However, I have not received a payout in over a month, and had to scroll to page 165 for my last group payout, despite commissions being made every day. I’ve given it more than enough time for it to pend, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. Despite owning 100% of group rev, it seems to all be going to the group - not to my account. I’ve tried putting my alt on the game’s payout distribution instead and buying an item in game, but that didn’t work either. I am receiving the premium payouts, but the commissions aren’t being funneled to my account.

I’ve run into this same issue before. In my experience, regular profits—like revenue from gamepasses and developer products—correctly follow the group payout splits. But commissions from third-party avatar items or external gamepass purchases (where the game takes a cut, not directly sold by you) don’t follow those splits. They just get dumped straight into group funds and aren’t automatically distributed, even if you have splits set up. I ended up manually paying myself out each month to deal with it.

Hello, Recurring Payouts only apply to sales of goods from an experience. They do not apply to Commissions.
Can this be mentioned in the documentation? It’s extremely unclear, and it’s unfortunate to hear this is intended behavior.
